The Unbound Project — a community for healthcare professionals
Healthcare asks everything of you. Where do you take what it costs?
A community for healthcare professionals carrying more than they can say out loud — somewhere to be honest, think clearly, and work out what comes next. Together, not alone.
What is The Unbound Project?
A community for healthcare professionals carrying more than they can say out loud — a place to be honest, reflect, and find support, online and in person.
Who is it for?
Anyone in healthcare who feels stretched, isolated, or stuck — across every role and setting, including those leading or building behind the scenes.
Is this coaching or therapy?
No. Unbound is a peer community for reflection, conversation, and support — not clinical treatment or one-to-one coaching.
How do I join?
It starts with the scorecard — your first step in.
What is the scorecard?
A short, private self-reflection that helps you see where you are right now and what might need attention next.
What do I get right now?
The scorecard, the community, and monthly webinars.
Is the community open now?
Yes — it’s open access. We’re just getting started, so early members help shape what it becomes.
What is Inner Circle?
A deeper layer of Unbound, planned for the future. It’s not live yet.
What is the conference?
Beyond Clinical Expertise — our in-person event for stepping back and reflecting.
When and where is it?
An optional networking evening on 1 October 2026, then the main day on 2 October 2026 at Burleigh Court Hotel, Loughborough.
How much is a ticket?
£225.
